On the banks of the Rivière du Nord, crossed by the linear park of the P'tit train du nord, is the historic site of the fine paper manufacturing plant "La Rolland" established in 1902, which gave birth to the Village of Mont Rolland and supported its economy for nearly a century.

Located in a valley surrounded by multiple ski resorts, at the foot of a forest crisscrossed with paths, the complex of buildings with industrial architecture contrasts with its majestic natural environment.

A privileged site in Sainte-Adèle in the beautiful Pays-d'en-Haut region, easily and quickly accessible to people from Montreal and the surrounding area by highway 15 and 117.
